1. Introduction

2.2. Single Account Policy: Users are permitted to open only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or manipulate the exchange is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPro ID and password. Any actions taken using your logged-in account are considered to have been taken by you.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1. Local Payments: We support transactions in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and local banks. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.

3.2. Verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, we may require you to complete verification (KYC) by providing a copy of your CNIC or equivalent identification.

3.3. Processing Times: While we aim to process mobile wallet withdrawals within 6 hours, delays may occur due to technical issues, bank holidays, or extended security checks.

4. Betting & Exchange Rules

4.1. General Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet requested. A bet is not valid until confirmed by our system.

4.2. Errors & Glitches: In the event of obvious errors in odds, lines, or system malfunctions, we reserve the right to void any affected bets and return stakes.

4.3. Fair Play: Any suspected use of bots, syndicate betting, or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account suspension and investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions (such as Risk-Free Bets and Deposit Matches) are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements and maximum withdrawal limits. Unless otherwise stated, promotional funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met.

6. Responsible Gambling
